To make room on the roster, the team waived undrafted rookie Tre'vonn Rybka, a defensive tackle who signed with the Dolphins last week.
Tennessee made a number of roster moves on Tuesday. The team announced that they've signed defensive lineman Carlos Watkins. They also were awarded linebacker Amari Burney from the waiver wire after he was waived by the Las Vegas Raiders earlier in the week.
