Jerry Jones has shaken up the Dallas Cowboys staff but as so much has been about creating attention, it feels like the best move they've made flew under the radar.

The Dallas Cowboys introduced Brian Schottenheimer as their new head coach on Monday. While Schottenheimer injected a semblance of confidence into fans with his calculated answers, Jerry Jones and Stephen Jones tarnished all of it in the hour-plus press conference.

Jerry Jones' coaching decisions have been controversial in the past, and this offseason was no exception. The Dallas Cowboys owner admitted that continuity on offense was his biggest priority, leading him to hire Brian Schottenheimer as head coach.

Brian Schottenheimer seemed like a prop during his introductory presser which, unsurprisingly, was all about Jerry.
