The owners of a popular ice cream business have scooped up another Lehigh Valley storefront where they plan to serve up new “wondaffle” treats.

A new dessert shop intends to provide the “ultimate fusion” of waffles and ice cream when it opens in Bethlehem. The shop, Wondaffle, will open March 21 from 3 p.m. to midnight at 307 E.
