Small chances of storms start to creep into the forecast Wednesday with Thursday being the better chance of seeing not just storms, but maybe severe storms.

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - Thursday is a First Alert 6 Weather Day with storm potential in both the morning and late afternoon. The day starts with storms in the area. The severe risk is lower with these but the timing could impact morning travel.

CBS News New York's Lonnie Quinn says severe weather is still possible in the Tri-State Area on Tuesday night, but Wednesday should be a lot less volatile.
