Vice President JD Vance wrote on social media Sunday that judges “aren’t allowed to control the executive’s legitimate power” after a federal judge blocked the Department of Government Efficiency from accessing data within the Treasury Department.

The judge also ordered Musk and his team to “immediately destroy any and all copies of material downloaded from Treasury Department’s records and systems, if any.”

The order requires those who have accessed payment records without proper security clearance to destroy them.
