New York Mayor Eric Adams said he had a “productive conversation” with Donald Trump on Friday that touched on a number of issues, including the effect of the Israel-Hamas ceasefire agreement on public safety and ways to attract manufacturing jobs to the city.

Adams’ office said he had “made quite clear his willingness to work with President-elect Trump and his incoming administration on behalf of New Yorkers.”

NEW YORK -- New York City Mayor Eric Adams is meeting with President-elect Donald Trump at his Mar-a-Lago home Friday in Florida. According to Adams' schedule, he flew to Florida on Thursday, and is expected to meet with Trump at 1 p.m. Friday.
