A 3-year-old girl missing from Fort Wayne, Indiana, has been safely located by Shaker Heights police, the FOX 8 I-Team has learned. Police responded to an Aldi on Kinsman Road on Thursday morning. A witness told FOX 8 News crews at the scene that police converged on a car in the parking lot and recovered the girl.
