BOSTON – The New England Patriots have hired Mike Vrabel as the team's next head coach, filling a massive void for the organization. But the franchise's work is far from done this offseason.
Tannehill suffered multiple injuries that season and was ultimately benched for rookie Malik Willis, who struggled badly. Vrabel’s defense was still strong against the run, but were a league worst against the pass and it all led to a 7-10 finish in 2022. The Titans missed the playoffs for the first time in three seasons.

An NFL insider revealed why the Las Vegas Raiders didn't even interview Mike Vrabel for their head coaching vacancy. Vrabel agreed to become the next head coach of the New England Patriots on Sunday.

Saleh is also set to interview with the Jaguars. The Jets fired Saleh in October after the team fell to 2-3 with a loss to the Vikings in London.
Mike Vrabel could be among the coaching candidates the Jaguars speak with in this year's hiring cycle. More at Pro Football Rumors.

The NFL coaching carousel is spinning slowly. The Jets, Saints and Bears got a head start in their searches because they fired coaches during the season. The Jaguars and Raiders joined the hunt last week. The Cowboys jumped in Monday so they have to wait to interview assistants on playoff teams because the first window passed.
