Jimmy Butler's tenure with the Miami Heat did not end on the best of notes, as the six-time All-Star was dealt to the Golden State Warriors before the NBA trade deadline in February after months of tension between he and the franchise.

According to reports, Butler's relationship with Riley took an ugly turn after the latter publicly challenged the five-time All-NBA forward to be more available for games. The Heat also reportedly refused to give Butler the two-year, $113 million extension he wanted, which ultimately led to the 35-year-old forcing himself out of Miami.
