The original Black Sabbath lineup, featuring Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Bill Ward, will perform at the "Back to the Beginning" concert July 5 in Birmingham, England.

The once-in-a-lifetime concert event will mark the final performances from both Black Sabbath and Ozzy, who turned 76 this past December.
