A former substitute teacher from Florida was arrested after he allegedly carried on an inappropriate relationship with a teenage student.

Investigators say the 23-year-old substitute chatted with the student through email, text and social media such as Instagram, TikTok and Discord.

According to the sheriff's office, the man had been messaging the teen for about a year before the investigation began.
