A DHS spokesperson told CNN the lawmakers could be arrested, saying the department has “body camera footage of some of these members of Congress assaulting our ICE enforcement officers, including body slamming a female ICE officer.

Tricia McLaughlin, a spokeswoman for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, said in an interview Saturday morning on CNN “there will likely be more arrests coming” related to Friday’s events at Delaney Hall in Newark, where Mayor Ras Baraka was arrested.
