Jan 31, 2012 · If the HO wants a skirt I offer a tongue and groove PVC fence board or good quality PVC Lattice - not the big box store quality www.permalatt.com. I use the PVC lattice more on fences and privacy screens though. I have also used 1/2" PVC sheet cut to 4"-6" widths and then painted. Some choose the less expensive wood options.

Sep 19, 2022 · I bought an 18" corrugated pipe that I was hoping to easily slide in and cement and backfill. No such luck. I've tried creating a cement base at the bottom of the bell end of the concrete pipe to give the corrugated more of a base to seal around but the running water ate through the cement before it dried and started leaking again.

You want the thin gauge, easier to work. To cut the metal turn your cirgular saw blade backwards.Try PL-400 to secure to wall , use as few screws if possible to keep a clean look.

In the past i have had flanges welded to the bottom of the post and just bolted to the concrete. But, the top of the wall slopes and the contractor has already core drilled the top of the wall for the posts.
